EMPLOYEE FINANCIAL LITERACY &
WELLBEING PROGRAMS
Support your employees in achieving their goals
and better management of their personal finances.
According to APA’s (American Psychological Association) October 2022 Stress in America survey Inflation is a source of stress for 83% of U.S. adults.
Have you ever thought about how much financial stress can negatively affect productivity and the work atmosphere in your company/organization?
According to surveys, 50% of employees who are stressed about their finances say it’s a distraction at work.
Although it is a personal challenge, financial worries and financial stress still affect the behavior and performance of employees in the workplace.
HOW THE FINANCIAL WELL-BEING OF EMPLOYEES IS AFFECTING ORGANIZATIONS?
HOW THE FINANCIAL WELL-BEING OF EMPLOYEES IS AFFECTING ORGANIZATIONS?
Financial stress affects mental health and the performance of employees and thus affects: productivity, absence from work and also retention.
- Employers and the HR sector face a lot of pressure, because employees often think that a higher salary would be the solution to their life and financial challenges, and affect their satisfaction. It is not disputed that earnings have a big impact, but the awareness and motivation of how to use what we earn in the best way is the most important, regardless of how much we earn.
- An employee who improves his/her financial behaviour and attitudes, who learns to set financial goals, to manage personal finances, to allocate his/her money and to save, will be calmer, more self-confident, and happier. As a result, he/she will be more efficient in performing work tasks.
- Financial education and 1:1 sessions help employees understand their responsibility and opportunities when it comes to finances, and contribute to employees feeling more confident in their financial decisions.
WHO ARE THESE PROGRAMS FOR?
WHO ARE THESE PROGRAMS FOR?
Financial well-being programs are suitable for all companies and other organizations that want to help their employees or users manage their finances and improve their financial health.
Our programs can help employees / users understand their finances, improve their financial habits & attitudes, and reduce their financial stress.
These programs are especially useful for the sensitive and vulnerable groups who did not have access to financial education and for whom increasing their financial literacy would be of particular importance.
If you are interested, I will be happy to organize a short online meeting to exchange experiences. There I would share more information about how companies have used our programs so far and I could learn more about how your company approaches benefits, well-being, and employee learning and development. At the same time, we could consider together whether there is room for cooperation in the future.
