I have launched the first financial employee well-being programs (financial education at the workplace), and in 2019, I launched the first online courses on personal finance in SEE region.
Currently I am based in Vienna, Austria.

I am the President of Prospera [Vienna, Austria] and of CEFIN – Center for Financial Education and Empowerment [Serbia], which I founded with my associates with the aim of increasing financial literacy, economic empowerment, entrepreneurship development and gender equality.

In 2018, I launched the Source Hub
rural co-working space and space for various events in Mali Idjos, in the north of Vojvodina, near the border with Hungary.

I have more than 15 years of experience in the financial and education industry. During my work as the director of the “Exclusive Change” exchange offices for Serbia, I was in charge of the entire business of the company, since its founding in 2008. I opened more than 30 exchange offices, managed a company with 75+ employees.

As the President of the Association of Exchange Offices of Serbia, in the period from 2013 to 2018, I cooperated with regulators, authorized exchange offices and payment institutions in interpreting regulations, and I proposed amending and modernizing the regulations.

I completed my undergraduate and master’s studies in “Enterprise Management” at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, Serbia.

I have a license / work permit issued by the National Bank of Serbia for:

I am an ICF ACC Coach (International Coach Federation Associate Certified Coach).
I have an “Integrative Constructivist Coaching Diploma”, as well as a “Certificate in Coaching Skills”, recognized by the International Society for Coaching Psychology.
